Can I switch plans?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.

Is there a contract?

No lock-in contracts. Renoxpress is billed month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans are available if you'd prefer to pay yearly and save.

What happens after the free trial?

Your 30-day free trial runs with no credit card required. Near the end we'll remind you, and you simply choose a plan to keep going. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses — your data is retained so you can pick up where you left off.
