Terms & Conditions
The rules that govern eligibility, acceptable use and your general use of the Renoxpress platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Renoxpress website, applications and platform (the “Platform”) operated by Renoxpress Pty Ltd (“Renoxpress”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Renoxpress is an all-in-one platform connecting builders, trades and homeowners across every stage of a renovation or build, providing project management, quoting, scheduling, progress payment tracking, messaging, a sub-contractor marketplace and related features. We may add, modify or remove features from time to time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the project, quoting and payment information you enter.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using the Platform you must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
- Upload content that is defamatory, infringing, offensive or that you do not have the right to share;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
- Reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the Platform or its data except as permitted by law;
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, licences or affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including project data, photos, quotes and documents (“User Content”). You grant Renoxpress a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and process your User Content solely to operate and improve the Platform and to provide the service to you and the parties you share it with (such as trades and homeowners).
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos and content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Renoxpress and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our trade marks or branding without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors and accounting software). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renoxpress will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renoxpress and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
